General Poster Guidelines

All posters must be submitted for approval prior to distribution.

If it’s a student event, your poster must have:

  • Date
  • Time
  • Location
  • Type of Event
  • Include SAIT Logo
  • Catered to Students
  • Affiliation to the Event
  • Purpose of the Event

If it’s an external promotion, your poster must have:

  • Date
  • Time
  • Location
  • Affiliation to the Event
  • At least one contact point (Email, phone, QR code, etc.)
  • No adult-only events

  • All posters must be printed through the Saitsa Resource Centre.
  • Visit Saitsa.com/Printing for more details.
  • After approvals and printing, all posters must be stamped at the Saitsa Resource Centre with an expiration date. No exceptions.
  • All posters must be removed by the date displayed on the stamp.
  • All posters must not be discriminatory.
  • If you are submitting a poster on behalf of a Saitsa Student Club, first email your poster to Saitsa.Clubs@edu.sait.ca


*Posters can be denied for distribution and printing at Saitsa’s discretion even if it meets all guidelines.

Accepted file types: jpg, pdf, Max. file size: 300 MB. Please upload your 11"x17" poster in the highest resolution possible. PDF is preferred. If submitting JPG please ensure your image is sized to exactly 11"x17" at 300ppi.
