Saitsa Poster Board
General Poster Guidelines
All posters must be submitted for approval prior to distribution.
Important Information
- All posters must be 11" x 17"
- After approvals and printing, all posters must be stamped at the Saitsa Resource Centre with an expiration date. No exceptions.
- All posters must be removed by the date displayed on the stamp. Failure to do so may result in a loss of poster board privleges.
- Posters can be denied for distribution and printing at Saitsa’s discretion even if it meets all guidelines.
- All student posters must be printed through the Saitsa Resource Centre. Visit Saitsa.com/Printing for more details.
- Posters must not be offensive or discriminatory.
- Unapproved posters or those that have not been removed by the date displayed on the stamp will be removed by Saitsa and/or Facilities Management staff.
- Posters may only be applied to bulletin boards identified as General Poster Boards. Posters applied elsewhere (walls, doors, glass, etc.) will be removed.
- If you are submitting a poster on behalf of a Saitsa Student Club, first email your poster to Saitsa.Clubs@edu.sait.ca

- Purpose of the Event

SAIT Posters Must Include:
- Date
- Time
- Location
- Type of Event
- Purpose of Event
- SAIT logo
External Posters
External Posters must include:
- Date
- Time
- Location
- Affiliation to the Event
- At least one contact point (Email, phone, QR code, etc.)
- No adult-only events
