Smudging is an ancient spiritual ritual originating from Indigenous cultures. Smudging has been used to connect to the spiritual realm, dispel negative energy, lift one’s spirits, soothe stress, and much more. Join us to learn more and partake in the practice!
Yoga builds strength, awareness and harmony in both your mind and body. Aside from the physical benefits of yoga, the practice can help your mental wellness and mindfulness. All levels are welcome to join!
