On-campus Weight Room
You don't need to go far to get exercise! If you have a gap in-between classes but don't want to leave campus, you can move your body at the SAIT Wellness Centre.
The SAIT Wellness Centre includes a weight room with cardio and weightlifting equipment, squash courts, a spin studio, and more.

Where to Eat
There are many food options on campus, making it easy to fuel up! Our top recommendation is The Gateway Restaurant and Bar and The Odyssey Cafe in the Campus Centre. With student-friendly prices, diverse menu, and friendly staff, it's truly the best on campus.
There is also Bento Sushi, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and Subway!
You can easily get around on the city's CTrain! The CTrain is the city's light rail transit system. To learn more, visit: calgarytransit.com/home.html.
Calgary also has multiple outdoor pathways and bikeways! With SAIT being located in downtown Calgary where it's fairly flat, biking in the summer months can be one of the most enjoyable ways to commute! View a map of all pathways and bikeways.
