Event Description

Naloxone Training is canceled until further notice.
We want you to be the life of the party!
Become trained on using Naloxone and receive a take-home kit – you never know when you might need it.

Why should I get Naloxone training?

1.       You could save a life. Naloxone temporarily reverses an opioid overdose long enough for an ambulance to come.

2.       Opioids are commonly prescribed to people who have been injured while working or playing sports.

3.       Opioids are often not party drugs or street drugs, so you often cannot tell who is using them – it’s usually average people.

4.       You don’t need to be a doctor or a nurse to give someone naloxone, anyone can do it. Come to this training to become more comfortable with how!
