Please review our Election Rules here to help articulate your complaint. If you believe a candidate has contravened any of the rules governing the election, please complete and submit this form along with any supporting documents (photos, ‘screen shots’, etc.).
The Political Committee will not disclose the source of the complaint to the candidate in question; in order for a complaint to be considered by the committee, however, complaints cannot remain anonymous to the committee. Frivolous and vexatious complaints will not be tolerated. If you are unsure whether the behavior in question is indeed a violation please refer to the Election Policies & Procedures, Bylaws, and/or Code of Conduct & Ethics.
The Political Committee will inform the complainant and candidate once a final decision has been made; the committee strives to resolve all complaints in a timely fashion.
