A Tedi Care's Initiative:

Adopt-A-Family Program

Saitsa wants to bring holiday joy to SAIT students in need. Our Adopt-A-Family program allows us to assist student families with limited resources by providing them with holiday gifts. The program matches students families in need with campus and city community members (sponsors) who are interested in bringing this joy to a family.

Participation in the program is limited to student families with children (18 and under) only, and we welcome and encourage sponsorship participating from our campus community and the Calgary community.

Both family and sponsor applications are due Friday, November 8, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Applications submitted after this deadline may not be considered.

Note: This program is supported by donations from the SAIT community. The amount of families we are able to support depends on the amount donated. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee that all families will be adopted. If you are in need of emergency supports for food or hygiene items, please see the resources listed on our Tedi Cares page. SAIT also has many financial support options for those in need. Information collected is for the purpose of program delivery only and will remain confidential.

Adopt-A-Family Applications Now Closed

The deadline for applications was Friday November 8 at 4:00 p.m.

Thank you to all the sponsors who registered.
