Club Funding Proposals must be submitted via this form a minimum of five business days prior to the next Clubs' Board meeting.

Note:
For social events you may request 50% of the total cost of the event to a maximum of $500.
For networking/industry events you may request 100% of the cost of the event to a maximum of $500.
Please attach your club's budget of estimated expenses and revenues.*
Criteria (please check off the following)*
- I have attached a written proposal addressed to the Clubs' Board containing all necessary details.
- My club's bank account is in good standing.
- My club has no outstanding bills owed to SAITSA or SAIT from any previous fiscal year from the club.
- This funding proposal is being submitted at least five business days in advance of the next scheduled Clubs' Board meeting.
- My budget of estimated expenses and revenues is attached.
If the above criteria are not met, your funding proposal may not be approved.
