You will receive an email confirming your registration once cheque is received.

Registration Policy
Deadline for Registration: May 16th, 2008.  All fees and registration forms must be received by this date.

Payment for all fees is due at time of registration. Please send cheques (via mail) with your registration forms.  All fees are listed in Canadian dollars. A $50 processing fee will be added to all registrations not paid in full by the first day of the conference.

Cancellations: Upon written request, credit will be issued for all fees, less a $50 processing charge until May 16th, 2008. No refunds will be issued after May 16th, 2008 as costs are not recoverable by AMICCUS-C. Unpaid cancellation fees and no-shows are billed. Replacements are welcome.

Special Needs
We make sure our facility has total accessibility, and we do whatever is needed to make attending the Conference as convenient as possible for all attendees. If you have a special need, please send an email to natasha.lundrigan@edu.sait.ca.

Dress for Conference
All conference days are considered casual. We ask that delegates dress business casual for evening events and dinners. For the closing banquet we encourage delegates to dress up for the occasion (so no jeans folks!).

Please bring appropriate clothing and shoes for outdoor activities. The temperature ranges from below freezing to 15 degrees celcius. The weather can change 5 – 6 times a day. From rain to snow to sunshine and back, so please be prepared for anything!
